Iraqi Inter Religious Initiatives Gain Momentum
The second round of discussions involving senior Iraqi leadership has gotten underway in a pivotal meeting in Copenhagen, Denmark. Reconciliation talks sponsored by the Danish Foreign Ministry and coordinated by CCRR International Advisor, Canon Andrew White, the meeting brought together previously irreconcilable Iraqi politicians and senior religious leadership.

St. George’s Breaks Ground for Playground in Baghdad

Thanks to a grant from the CCRR, St. George’s Church in Baghdad has begun building a playground for the children of the local community. Located on the one of the most dangerous streets in Baghdad the playground offers a rare sanctuary of peace.
